WhAT IS THE PELLOWAH HEALING TECHNIQUE?
Pellowah Healing is a consciousness-based healing technique that supports a radical shift in consciousness.
The word Pellowah is an Angelic word meaning “radical shift in consciousness.” However, Pellowah is not angelic energy. It is a pure energy that works at a deep internal level. While it is experienced as a healing, Pellowah was not brought through as a healing technique alone, but as a tool for enlightenment, with healing occurring as a natural by-product of the change in consciousness that takes place.
Pellowah was channelled in 2003 from Spirit through Kachina Ma’an, who has dedicated her life to the spiritual evolution of humankind.
It has been taught internationally since 2004.
What is Pellowah and how does it work?
Pellowah works by supporting a deep internal shift rather than working on symptoms.
It connects all 12 strands of DNA ready for activation and helps to unblock and realign the meridians of the body. This often results in a strong sense of connection, clarity, and well-being.
Unlike many healing modalities, Pellowah works from the inside out. Rather than creating a temporary uplift, the energy changes the person at a core level. Over time, this new state becomes the person’s normal way of being.
PELLOWAH HEALING TECHNIQUE FAQs
-
Kachina Ma’an is the founder of the Pellowah Healing Technique.
Pellowah was channelled through Kachina Ma’an from Spirit and was not brought through as a healing technique alone, but as a tool for enlightenment, with healing occurring as a by-product of a shift in consciousness.
Since first teaching Pellowah in 2003, Kachina has travelled extensively, sharing this work and training practitioners and teachers internationally. She has dedicated her life to supporting the spiritual evolution of humankind and to ensuring Pellowah is taught and practised with integrity, respect, and clear boundaries.
In addition to Pellowah, Kachina Ma’an has brought through and teaches The Umana Technique, as well as other workshops and trainings that support personal growth, awareness, and consciousness expansion.
While they may “dance” together, they are all different. Each offering stands in its own right.

Pellowah supports a subtle but profound shift in consciousness.
It does not aim to change who you are, but to help you return to yourself with greater clarity, presence, and inner connection. Rather than fixing or forcing transformation, Pellowah allows change to arise naturally, from within.
As this shift integrates, many people find they relate to life with more ease, awareness, and personal responsibility. From that place, healing, insight, and growth unfold in their own time and in their own way.
Pellowah is, at its heart, an invitation to meet yourself more fully, and to allow your own inner light to guide what comes next.

Every Pellowah session is unique.
Some people experience physical sensations, deep stillness, inner imagery, or a sense of being “put back together.” Others may feel very little during the session itself. Both experiences are normal.
After a session, people often describe feeling lighter, clearer, more centred, or more themselves. The effects of Pellowah are not limited to the session and may continue to unfold over time.
-
Many healing methods involve emotional release or cathartic experiences where old patterns are broken down. Pellowah works differently.
With Pellowah, growth and change occur without trauma. Rather than dismantling existing frameworks, Pellowah allows a person to build upon what is already there, but from a new perspective. This often supports clearer choices, greater objectivity, and a stronger sense of inner stability.
Unlike some healing approaches where effects fade after a few days, the sense of well-being experienced through Pellowah often strengthens over time as the shift in consciousness continues to integrate.
-
No. While both are often described as energy-based healing modalities, Pellowah is fundamentally different from Reiki.
Pellowah is a pure energy that cannot be combined with any other healing technique during a session. If another modality, such as Reiki, is introduced at the same time, the Pellowah energy will cease.
Pellowah is also not a system where the practitioner directs, channels, or applies energy with intention. The practitioner does not guide the process. Instead, they remain present and allow the energy to move as it needs to, without interpretation or interference.
Most importantly, Pellowah is not focused on symptom relief. It is a tool for a radical shift in consciousness, with healing experienced as a natural by-product of that inner change.
For this reason, while someone may receive Reiki before or after a Pellowah session, the two are not the same and are never used together.

Yes. Permission is always required before a Pellowah healing can take place.
Pellowah is based on four core, non-negotiable principles:
Service
Respect
Permission
Responsibility
These principles reflect Pellowah’s respect for free will and personal responsibility.

Pellowah is taught through a series of distinct workshops, each with a specific purpose. These workshops may be taken separately and are not required to be completed on consecutive days.
Pellowah Practitioners Workshop
This workshop trains participants to facilitate Pellowah healing sessions for others.
It is for those who feel called to work with Pellowah as a practitioner and to offer sessions in service to others. Completion of this workshop allows a person to practise Pellowah healing, provided they remain aligned with the principles and requirements of the modality.
Pellowah Level 2 Workshop
Pellowah Level 2 is a personal workshop, not a practitioner qualification.
It is focused on the individual’s own consciousness and inner experience. While it deepens personal awareness and integration, it is not required in order to practise as a Pellowah practitioner.
Pellowah Teacher Trainer Workshop
The Teacher Trainer Workshop is for those who wish to teach Pellowah, although some may choose to do the workshop purely to expand their own consciousness and have no intention to teach.
To attend this workshop, both the Pellowah Practitioners Workshop and Pellowah Level 2 must be completed first. Teacher Trainers may receive multiple attunements and are authorised to train others.

Yes. However, the Pellowah Practitioners Workshop and Pellowah Level 2 do not need to be taken on consecutive days and may be completed days, weeks, or months apart.
However, both are required before attending the Teacher Trainer Workshop taught by Kachina Ma’an.
-
Yes. Pellowah workshops can be attended more than once. Repeating a workshop may deepen the experience and strengthen the results gained previously.
